Bonnie, the Yellow Lab

I got a nice message from a new friend – Bonnie. She left a comment (below) about Mailman Ken.

She is only five and a half months old but is already going to school. She is in training to become a Guide Dog for a blind person. What a great thing to do.

Good for you Bonnie.

I see that she likes to lay in the snow like I do. She made a nice snow bed in this picture she sent. Looks cozy!

Keep us posted on how school goes and have fun in the snow.
Your new friend, Hogan

Hi Bonnie!
My name is Nicholas and I am a Standard Poodle.
I am currently attending my formal Guide Dog training at Leader Dogs for the Blind here in Michigan. I used to live with your foster mom in Ohio. That's where I did my socializing training for my first year. I miss her. Give her a big lick for me, ok?

Hi Hogan,
Bonnie here. I thought you mighgt like to meet some of my friends. Well, you akready met Nicholas and Leo. This is Dusty. He lives with me until I go off to school. He's alright. A little bossy at times but I like being the annoying little sister. He's a Husky/Coyote mix.

Hi Hogan,
It's Bonnie again. I just wanted to introduce you to my friend, Bailey. He's a Pug, but we don't hold that against him, he's a lot of fun! Once we get started playing, he never wants to quit. The picture I sent is a few months old from when we went camping together, but now I'm MUCH bigger than him. That doesn't bother him though, we still have a blast together!
